About the work.
What is AEO and how is it different from SEO?
AEO means answer engine optimization. In plain words, it is the work of getting your business named inside the answer an AI writes. SEO gets your website into a list of 10 links. AEO gets your name into the 3 names ChatGPT gives. The base work is the same, so your normal Google results improve too.
Will you guarantee that I rank on ChatGPT or Google?

Do I need a new website before doing AI visibility work?
Not always. If your site is reasonably new, we can add the code and the answer pages to it. If it is an old template that nobody can edit properly, a rebuild costs less than fighting it. We will tell you which one you have.
Do I have to give you content for my website?
No. All the writing is included in every website project. We sit with you once and write every page. You read and approve, you do not draft. This is the step that stops most website projects in Rajkot, so we treat it as our job.
What graphic design work do you take on?
Visiting cards, flyers, brochures, catalogues, packaging, labels, hoardings, banners, standees, exhibition stalls, vehicle branding, festival creatives, and social media posts. Single items are quoted as a fixed price per piece. If you need design every month, there is a monthly plan instead.
Do you print, or only design?
We design and hand over print ready files. We can talk to your printer, or ours, at actual cost with no markup. You keep the printing in your own hands. That matters, because print quality in Rajkot varies a lot.

Do you maintain websites you did not build?
Yes. We look after WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, and custom sites on a monthly care plan. It starts with a paid check of the site, and that amount is adjusted against your first 3 months. If the site cannot be saved, we will say so instead of billing you every month.
About working together.
Do you work with businesses outside Rajkot?
Yes. Morbi, Jamnagar, and Ahmedabad regularly, because we are on that road often. Clients anywhere else in India work with us over WhatsApp and video call, and the process does not change. Travel beyond 50km is charged at actual cost, and only for on-site work.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Meetings in Rajkot are usually available in the same week. You can come to our office, or we can come to your factory or showroom.
Who owns the website and design files?
You do. The domain, the hosting, the source files, and the full rights, all in your name. If you stop working with us, nothing breaks and nothing is held back.
Do you charge for small changes later?
Small text and photo changes are covered in the optional monthly care plan. Without a care plan, changes are quoted as small fixed price jobs. There is no hourly billing.
About money.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. A proper GST bill on every payment, from the first one. The advance gets a bill, the final payment gets a bill, and every monthly service gets a bill. Every rupee you pay has a bill against it. Your accountant will not have to chase us for anything.
How does payment work?
50% advance to start, 50% on delivery. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
Why do monthly services have a minimum term?
Because 1 month of social media or AI search work shows nothing you can measure. Month 1 is setup. Social media has a 3 month minimum, because month 3 is the first month worth judging. AI search work has a 6 month minimum, because outside mentions and written reviews take that long to register. We say the term before you sign, not after.
What if my budget is small?
We quote a fixed price on a written scope, so you see the number before you agree to anything. If we are not the right fit, we will say so plainly. Then we will tell you the free things to do yourself first. Do them for 3 months. Come back if you still need help.
About timelines.
How long does a website take?
3 to 5 weeks for a standard site, counted from the day we sit with you. Delays are almost always waiting for photos, product details, or your approval. They are almost never the building. If you send everything in week 1, the date holds.
How long before AI visibility work shows results?
Changes to your site and your business details show up within a few weeks. Mentions on other websites and written reviews take 2 to 4 months. Your monthly report shows the movement either way.
How fast do you reply?
