I am Shubham V. Garg. I run The Toolkit Company from Rajkot. For the last 2 years my clients have been in the US, Canada, and Australia. This is the same work, done for businesses in Gujarat.
Why this exists.
I spent a year building the marketing systems for a US firm with over 100 clients. Brand documents, websites, email campaigns, and content. 1 person produced what normally needs a full team. Then I sat in a room in Rajkot with 80 business owners. Almost none of it had reached here.
Not because the businesses here are small. Rajkot has factories exporting to 30 countries. Hospitals here treat patients from 4 districts. The gap is what is on offer locally. A template website, or an Instagram page run by a nephew. Very little in between.
Now everyone in Rajkot has ChatGPT on their phone. Very few know how to use it properly. So the city is filling up with AI posters and template websites. They all look the same. They bring no enquiry (પૂછપરછ). The tool is free. The work on top of it is not.
Search is changing at the same time. Customers ask ChatGPT and Gemini instead of scrolling Google. The businesses named in those answers are not the ones paying the most for ads. They are the ones whose details are clean, matching, and readable by a machine. Almost nobody here has done that yet.
That is the whole reason this exists.
What I have actually done.
11 years. I started in enterprise sales and ended up building AI production systems. The sales years matter more than people expect. Most marketing does not fail because the design is bad. It fails because nobody worked out who buys, and why.
